Twenty years ago, I purchased a briefcase to carry a laptop and papers. This treat was because of graduating with my PhD and gaining my first big-boy job. At the time the cost was almost more than I could afford, but I made the purchase. Today I received this case in the mail after repairs for normal daily use. This bag is incredible and the work and service from Custom Hide is exceptional. This may the best purchase I have ever made, and glad every day for the work and quality provided by Custom Hide. Further, I know this bag will not fail due to normal use, and any repair will be performed without delay.
